The Situation...

Casa Fina occupies one of best centrally located positions within the bustling town of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.  Situated in an elevated position within residential Timanfaya, a peaceful quiet area of detached villas close to all the amenities of the main resort.  The sea front and main Puerto del Carmen beach together with many shops bars and restaurants on the Avenida Las Playas is a 5 minute walk away.  A 10 minute walk takes you into the Old Town and harbour with its many shops, bars, entertainment and restaurants, famous for their freshly caught fish.

The Villa...

The villa is a spacious two-storey property set in its own garden.  Built some 18 years ago, Casa Fina enjoys a spacious plot and internal layout not afforded to more recently built properties.  During the last 3 years the villa has been completely refurbished including the pool, fitted kitchen and both bathrooms. The furniture has also recently been renewed.  This work has brought the villa up to modern day standards whilst maintaining it’s original charm.

First Floor Comprises

Lounge...

Leather Sofa's, glass top coffee and occasional tables.  Satellite TV/DVD, CD player with extensive DVD film, music CD and book library.  Also, plenty of games to give an hour out of the sun.  Wi-Fi reception.

Dining Room...

Steps lead up from the lounge to a separated unique raised dining area with glass top table and chairs for six persons.  Wi-Fi reception.

Balcony...

Patio doors from the lounge lead to a superb south facing balcony shaded by a pergola and with distant sea and mountain views. Here there is a large table and seating for seven.  The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and you will enjoy many an alfresco breakfast and lunch here.  Wi-Fi reception.

Kitchen...

Completely refurbished in 2009.  The new fully fitted kitchen features beech units with granite worktops.  There are ample work surfaces and built-in electric cooker, integral hob, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, microwave complete with ample crockery.

Utility Room...

Door from kitchen leads to utility area with washing machine, sink, drying area, iron and ironing board etc.

Bathroom...

Refurbished in 2009 - Bath/shower, toilet and wash basin.

Ground Floor Comprises

Spacious Entrance Hall...

Leading to all the bedrooms and main bathroom.  There are large wardrobes which house a safe.

Master Bedroom...

Double bed with side tables, bedside lamps, chest of draws, spacious fitted wardrobes with ample shelving space and a hair dryer.  Wi-Fi reception.

2nd Bedroom...

A good size room with twin beds with side table, bedside lamp, chest of draws, spacious fitted wardrobes with ample shelving space.  Complete with hair dryer.  Wi-Fi reception.

3rd Bedroom...

Another good size bedroom with twin beds with side table, bedside lamp, chest of draws and spacious fitted wardrobes.  Wi-Fi reception.

Main Bathroom...

 A spacious traditional bathroom completely refurbished in 2009.  Large walk-in canarian shower, marble vanitory unit and wash basin, toilet and bidet.

South Facing Patio

Pool & Pool Side Patio...

There is a large 7 x 4 metre private swimming pool) with inviting Roman steps leading you  in for a swim with the stunning sailfish mosaic.  The pool is heated electrically to a warm 28 degrees during the winter months (Solar heating cannot achieve this temperature).  South facing, you are assured of sunshine from sunrise to sunset.  The pool side patio area is newly covered with non-slip Astro-Turf.  Complete with sun loungers, chairs, occasional tables and large umbrella.  Purpose built dining area and brick built Bar-B-Q.  Wi-Fi reception.

Gardens...

The villa is surrounded by a colourful garden.  Feel free to water the plants!
